The following documents must be submitted prior to your first withdrawal or for transactions exceeding a specified amount:

• Selfie holding your NID next to your face
• Proof of address if required (utility bill or bank statement)

KYC verification is typically completed within 2–6 hours. Once verified, no further verification is required. Pending KYC will put your withdrawal on hold.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BengalWin. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Bonus Abuse (Bonus Hunting)
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions
• Hacking, Phishing, or Cyber Attacks
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform

BengalWin may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms Violations
• If KYC verification fails or false information is proven
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion)
• Extended period of account inactivity

Users may request account closure at any time. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be available for withdrawal upon closure.

To dispute an account closure, you must submit a written complaint to support@bengalwin.ws within 14 days of receiving the closure notice.

BengalWin is not liable for the following:

• Losing a bet or game due to internet disconnection
• Third-Party Payment Provider Issues
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Account login credentials being accessed by another person
• Force Majeure (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks)

BengalWin is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment — not a source of addiction or financial hardship.

We provide the following tools free of charge to all users:
